As a former chronic illness sufferer I decided years ago enough was enough. I decided to reclaim my failing health and take BACK my life.

That journey led me to earn a health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, an AIP coach certification in the AutoImmune Paleo Protocol, and a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University.
