I'm Kristen Blake
And I know just how you feel. I used to feel SO terrible that I took it upon myself to take back my health by diving deep into research and working with the top clinicians across the country. Through that journey I realized I had a passion for health and wellness so I went back to school to learn more.
I have since earned a Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Human Performance, where I studied the gut and microbiome, nutrigenomics, epigenetics...and more, I earned a Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied holistic and integrative health along with over 100 different dietary theories, and I earned a certification in the Autoimmune Protocol as well.
This course, the KB Code is a culmination of decades of education and decades in clinical practice. All of the most important health knowledge I have, can be yours in just 12 weeks.
