First and foremost I'm a mama to three busy boys. I'm also a wife to a former pro athlete, but that feels like another life entirely. I used to go to red carpet events and parties, but now you’ll only ever find me in yoga pants and a sweatshirt.
And of course, I am an integrative nutritionist and health coach. I have a BA in Psychology from University of Maryland, a health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a certification in the AutoImmune Paleo protocol, and I'm finishing a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Human Performance, courses in which I'm knee deep in epigenetics, biochemical markers, weight loss, the microbiome and so much more.
But most importantly, I get what it’s like to be in your shoes. I used to be really sick, and really tired back in the day, before I knew what I do now. Ever since I got well I've made it my mission to help as many others as possible do the exact same thing.
I dedicate my work to helping women all over the world lay the foundations for lasting health using root cause solutions (no band aids here) so they can live the life they deserve and THRIVE every single day.
