I. DID. SO. WELL. ON. THIS. FAST. Like, crazy well.
I was shocked! The amount of energy I felt on Day 4 and 5 was ridiculous-- it seriously felt like someone had given me an IV of caffeine and a dose of happiness. I was also surprised that my hunger completely subsided then.
My body is beginning to feel (and look) a bit like my own again, and I really don't want to lose that.
